Brief Description

Automatic Sliding Door Kit RECORD STA 21 has been developed based on the System 20, modified to suit lower-budget applications while still meeting the demands of light to medium doors in heavy-duty environments.

It retains the same Swiss-engineered intelligent control system, allowing seamless communication between the controller and various activation and safety devices. Most STA 21au components are shared with the proven System 20 platform, but it features smaller, lighter electric motors and a specially adapted PLC to meet performance and budget requirements.

Mechanics
The standout feature of our automatic doors is their exceptionally quiet operation, achieved through a combination of:

• Acoustically decoupled, hardened (and replaceable) running tracks

• Running carriages equipped with hardened nylon wheels, sealed bearings, structural tolerance compensation, and adjustable attachments to door leaves

• Motor and guide pulleys with sealed bearings

• Low-momentum toothed belt drive for minimal wear and reduced noise

Electronics

• Interactive communication between components ensures enhanced performance, safety, and security

• The drive system continuously monitors performance to minimise the potential for malfunctions

• A self-learning processor with active automatic adjustment optimises ongoing operation and quality

• 

  The system is equipped with the record BDE-D mode switch, featuring a graphic display, LED backlighting, menu navigation, full diagnostics, and programming functionality

• Record BDE-M keyed 4-position mode switch with operator reset

• AU standard 4-position master-keyable mode switch

• AU standard 4-position knob-type mode switch

• Our door range uses cutting edge technology with a unique microprocessor system which can rapidly and accurately detect the door size and weight; and set the best operation parameters to make sure the door operates smoothly
• Long life, high torque brushless DC motor drive system. The helical gear transmission ensures stable and reliable operation with continued use on heavy door leaves.
• Interlocking option which prevents doors in an airlock situation from opening until the other door has fully closed.
• Obstruction sensitivity – if when closing it meets an obstruction the doors will automatically re-open as per the AS 5007-2007. When the power is off, the doors are easily manually opened or closed.
• Includes provision for BMS and fire signal link
• Available in anodised aluminium or powder coated finishes.
• The system provides an aesthetically pleasing result that is reliable and quiet.We can use aluminium framed glass door leaves for window doors, alternative solid infill for privacy doors. Our system allows for multiple door leaves depending on the leaf size and does not compromise on design styles. The system is durable and robust and has been in use for over 6 years with multiple problem free installations

The housing and cover components are crafted from high-quality Australian aluminium, offering both standard and low-profile options while maintaining a 100% duty-rated performance. The sleek, modern design ensures that our systems blend seamlessly into building aesthetics or serve as stylish architectural features.

Record door leaf profiles are available in both aluminium-framed and frameless glass variants.
