Should you require our Tech Support team to guide you through an installation, troubleshoot an issue or create some custom solutions, this is how to go about booking a time with us.
Time allocations are for 1 hour of On-Site Tech Support. Simply select how many hours you would like and add them to your cart.
Upon completion of your order, in the notes section, please indicate to us your preferred time and date for the consultation to take place.
We will then be in contact with you to confirm your booking time and date.
On-Site is currently only available for Metropolitan Melbourne installations. Further cities will be added in time.
**A Call Out Fee applies of $150, which is automatically added to your cart upon ordering**
